Residential Facade Improvements

This project supports residential facade enhancements for five homes, with up to $10,000 invested per property through funding from the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).

 

The initiative aims to improve neighborhood aesthetics, preserve housing quality, and contribute to overall community revitalization in Crisfield.

 

Qualifying improvements to the home include items visible from the exterior such as porches, roofs, doors, windows, and paint.
