About

The historic Armory will be restored to serve as a vibrant community space and event venue. Once the heart of community life in Crisfield, the Armory fell out of use after sustaining significant flood damage during Superstorm Sandy in 2012. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and situated within the national historic district, the Crisfield Armory stands as an important piece of the region's heritage — and its revitalization will return a gathering place to the community it has long served.
